Available Position: Landscape Production Manager
As a landscape production manager, you are responsible for division landscape crews meeting Paragon quality standards through utilization of Paragon systems on all projects while maintaining maximum efficiency and following Paragon safety practices and protocols. Production manager is also responsible for training all crews on policy and systems, as well as overseeing the overall production of the division crews.

This position pays $35-$40 per hour.

Landscape Production Manager Duties
This position has the following duties:
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards
- Assist account manager with division proposal creation and renewal
- Collaborate with office manager, account manager, operations manager, and production operations manager on daily and weekly job scheduling, purchasing, equipment needs, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with office manager, account manager, operations manager, and production operations manager on job costing report review and any production problem solving necessary
- Collaborate with office manager, account manager, operations manager, and production operations manager annually on upcoming year's strategic plan, operating budget, labor costs, and fee review
- Inspect division job sites prior to scheduled service to develop an appropriate action plan (irrigation management, strategic areas of concern, strategic pruning, job set up, protection and sequencing and clean up)
- Supervise the daily activities and performance of division crews
- Review daily work schedules and work orders with division foremen to ensure foremen have a complete and clear understanding of the daily job requirements
- Meet and organize division foremen and crews on division job sites daily to ensure action plan is executed efficiently and safely
- Ensure division foremen and crews are following Paragon production systems and safety protocols and procedures
- Review all time sheets and work orders for accuracy and completeness
- Perform hands-on activities as needed
- Ensure proper daily maintenance, storage, and organization of company equipment and trucks
- Perform timely follow up job site inspections to ensure Paragon quality standards
- Troubleshoot and solve problems and concerns on the job site, both from external clients and associates
- Consistently evaluate work and determine if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations
- Complete assigned action tickets in a timely manner
- Communicate with the Client Representative and offer technical assistance and problem resolution
- Lead weekly tailgate talks with division foremen and crews
- Train all division crew members on Paragon production systems, equipment, and safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with completion of performance review forms and growth plans for division assistant foremen, foremen, and crew members
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
A landscape production manager must meet these requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not necessary
- Minimum of 5 years field experience or associate or bachelor's degree in horticulture-related field
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Working Conditions
The working conditions for this position require the following abilities:
- Intermittent physical activity including standing, reaching, and sitting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
- Physical requirements also include lifting, bending, walking, and carrying
- Requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to handle a loud noise level at the job site due to equipment operation
- Requires driving a company vehicle to various job locations
- May require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines
